Publishing 1000 stories by New Year’s Eve
My new insane goal is to change my writing life.
What’s the point of doing a challenge if it isn’t something that’s nearly impossible so that you either excel fantastically or you fail miserably.
I hope to be in that first category by New Year's Eve.
I recently read an article that I wish I had saved, but in it they say that publishing 1000 articles is when you reach the point that you’re unstoppable.
Writing becomes second nature to you, easier than remembering to brush your teeth. You don’t have to remember you just do it.
New Year’s Eve is exactly 199 days away and I have published 119 articles on Medium as of 6/15/22
- 87 are from this year
- 26 are from this month
This means I have to average writing 4.5 articles every single day from now until December 31st.
Is this insane?
Yes, and I don't recommend anyone attempting this with me but if you would like to try then please use the hashtag #1000by2023 so I can see all of you that are trying!
